PROCESO PARA INSCRIPCIÓN DE LIBROS FÍSICOS
Registro de los libros de comercio
El registro de los libros de comercio no cumple una función de publicidad. Es una medida que brinda protección a la integridad material de los libros, identifica su propietario y el destino para el cual se registran.
Son libros que se registran en blanco y cuyo contenido está comprobado por la reserva garantizada en la Constitución Política para los libros y papeles privados de toda persona.
Se registran:
- Los libros de los socios o accionistas.
- Los libros de actas de asambleas y juntas de socios.
Norma que lo sustenta: Artículo 28 del C. de Co. Modificado por el Artículo 175 del Decreto ley 019 de 2012, decreto 1074 de 2015 , decreto 2260 de 2019.
